Measurement, cutting, inspection, and rejection of defective parts are all carried out within a single integrated structure. Thanks to NDT integration, every cut billet passes to the next process with its internal structure verified.
In conventional billet cutting lines, internal structure inspection is performed at a separate station with a delay.
